Innovative biosynthesis technology company, Xinteza API, recently made a breakthrough discovery of a novel, non-cannabis plant-derived production system, capable of highly efficient and flawless end-to-end cannabinoid synthesis. This discovery is a major milestone in the path to uncover and exploit rare and new cannabinoid molecules with potentially novel pharmacological activities.

Xinteza is a spinoff company of Yeda, while leading the research is Professor Asaph Aharoni from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
