Nofar Schnider is a deep-tech innovation professional with a unique blend of technical leadership and investment experience. At Yeda, she identifies, evaluates, and advances pioneering innovations from the Weizmann Institute toward commercialization and solving real-world market challenges. Previously, Nofar was a Principal at StageOne Ventures, partnering with early-stage founders in AI, Cyber, and Deep Tech. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade as a software engineer and team lead after serving in the IDF’s elite Unit 8200. Nofar holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Reichman University and an M.Sc. from Tel Aviv University.
