Yeda Research and Development

Dr. Jacob Fierer is a business development professional focused on commercializing innovations in pharma, biotech, agrotech, foodtech, and neurotech. At Yeda, he manages the marketing and licensing of Weizmann Institute technologies, building partnerships that advance discoveries toward market. Jacob earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, after completing his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Germany. He joined Yeda as an Analyst, later advancing to Associate and Director. Previously, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Weizmann Institute, developing methods for bioethanol production.
