Igal Ilouz holds a Ph.D. in physics from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Dr. Ilouz brings forward extensive managerial experience in business development of innovative technologies in a wide variety of companies and has broad technology expertise in various fields. He specializes in identifying the business value proposition of new technologies in meeting market demands and trends. Prior to joining YEDA, his most recent positions were: a technology and business development consultant for medical device companies; Global Marketing Director of new segments at Lumenis (formerly, the world’s largest energy-based medical device company); Co-founder and CEO of two medical device startup companies.
