Amir Naiberg holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and an LL.B. degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Prior to his appointment as Yeda's CEO, Mr. Naiberg served as Yeda's General Counsel for six years. Before joining Yeda, Mr. Naiberg worked for a private law firm specializing in intellectual property, privacy and cyberspace law.

Dr. Ruth Ben-Yakar, Chief Business Officer
About:
Ruth Ben-Yakar holds a Ph.D. Cum Laude in Molecular Cell Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science. Before joining Yeda Dr. Ben-Yakar served as VP Project Management at Gamida Cell, leading advanced clinical-stage projects. Dr. Ben-Yakar’s prior position was VP Development and Applications at Procognia, where she headed product development and various business development activities. Prior to that, Dr. Ben-Yakar served as a Project Leader at QBI.

Dr. Ruth Granoth, Chief Intellectual Property Officer
About:
Ruth Granoth holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science. Prior to joining Yeda in 2002, Dr. Granoth had an internship as a patent attorney with a leading patent attorney firm and served as External Relations manager dedicated to the Israeli market for Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG), the multi-national consumer goods company.

About:
Meir Fast (C.P.A. Israel) holds an MBA degree from the Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Bar-Ilan, as well as B.A. degree in economics and accounting from the University of Bar-Ilan. Prior to joining Yeda in 2007, Mr. Fast worked for Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd as the financial manager of the Prescription Medicines & Israeli Healthcare Organizations Business and prior to that as the financial controller of the Israeli Pharma division and of the International Pharma division.

About:
Ya'acov Cohen holds a B.A. degree from Tel Aviv University and is an accredited taxation consultant. A former research assistant at Tel Aviv University and a high-school instructor, Mr. Cohen became a comptroller at a CPA office, and Chief Financial Officer of Nitzan, the Israeli organization for children with learning disabilities. Mr. Cohen joined Yeda in 1993.
